9.7.2021 | ByteDance Launched A New Division Which Sells TikTok Technology
According to Financial Times, TikTok’s parent company ByteDance has silently launched a new division called BytePlus that sells TikTok technology in June, 2021.
It will sell TikTok’s technology, including the recommendation algorithm, computer vision tech, real-time effects and automated translations, among other features.
As of now, BytePlus is based in Singapore and it has presences in Hong Kong and London as well. The company is also looking to register trademarks in the US.
