The American Customer Satisfaction Index found out which phone users are most satisfied with. Which smartphone is the most popular among customers?

In the survey, respondents were asked to evaluate equipment, battery life, appearance, software and audio, and video quality. And surprisingly, this is not the latest model, but a 2-year-old Samsung.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 came in the first place. It was followed by the Galaxy S9 + and S10 models. Up to 4th place, customers ranked the iPhone XS Max.

The ranking is compiled according to the opinions of 350,000 American users, so it is no wonder that it was led by Samsung and the iPhone. Huawei did not place at all.
